OUR

STORY

Edventure holiday programmes have been operating since 2007. It was originally established to provide ongoing educational tuition through a range of hands on outdoor activities during the school holiday period. Recently Edventure has further developed and now provides a range of different day programmes, camps and tour packages.

With a passion for both education and the outdoors, Edventure Director Mark Bridger has designed varying programmes that run during the school holidays.

As a current and fully registered classroom teacher, Mark places importance on continuing learning through fun hands on activities over the school holidays.

Children love the programmes, especially through gaining knowledge of outdoor concepts and applying new skills in practical outdoor activities.

An average day sees your child involved in oral discussions, reading rich and meaningful text to support activities, completing teamwork and confidence activities in the outdoors and learning theory towards developing new skills.

Common activities on our outdoor programmes include caving, tramping, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, SUP, surfing, fishing, horse riding, farm activities, archery, confidence courses, team building and leadership.
